Forrest Griffin Doesn’t Want to Fight Antonio Rogerio Nogueira

You can say what you want about Forrest Griffin, but one thing is for sure; he’s brutally honest. Whether it’s calling himself ugly or running out of the cage following a loss, Griffin always shows his true colors and doesn’t try to hide anything. When talking about the rumored fight with Antonio Rogerio Nogueira (Lil Nog) to MMA Sports Mag, Forrest doesn’t see much of an upside:

That is a horrible fight for me. I have trained with his brother a little bit, so he already has the ‘inside scoop’ on me, he’s a southpaw, has got a good chin, and has good power. Plus he is pretty solid on the ground. The only place I would have an advantage would be wrestling… and my wrestling is not that good. So yeah, that’s a tough match up for me. I’d do it, if that’s what they wanted, but being straight up, there are other guys I’d rather fight.

Love him or hate him, Forrest tells it like it is. Frankly, it’s hard to disagree with his analysis. What say you fans, would Forrest have a chance against Lil’ Nog?
